Over the course of February, 47,800 tons of wheat were exported to Turkey through Tuapse commercial seaport. This was reported by the press service of the Federal State-Funded Institution «Federal Centre of Quality and Safety Assurance for Grain and Grain products» in Novorossiysk.
As part of export operations, the specialists of the centre examined the grain in order to confirm its safety, quality, and its phytosanitary condition. Based on the inspection results, the exported products received certificates of quality and safety, as well as GMO, health, cleanliness of holds, and radiology certificates.
At year-end 2021, the share of the high-quality grain in 2021 was 68 tons of wheat out of 78 million tons of the whole yield.
